10. Orders

Automatic records created by the Shopify platform shall be considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Noctahome will confirm acceptance of the order by email sent to the address provided by the customer.

The sale is final once the order has been successfully paid for. Payment must be completed at checkout, typically via debit or credit card. Noctahome reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected or if there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.

11. Product Availability

Our products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website and subject to stock availability. Product availability is dependent on our internal stock and that of our suppliers.

We use supplier databases to maintain our online catalogue. If an item is permanently out of stock, it will be removed from sale. In other cases, backorders may be possible depending on supplier timelines. Customers will be informed via email if any product from their order is unavailable.

Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. The timeframe includes product availability, shipping method chosen, and preparation time.

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours after placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched yet.

12. Pre-Orders

Noctahome offers the possibility to pre-order upcoming products. Pre-orders are subject to an estimated release date provided at the time of reservation, which Noctahome may update at any time. Once the product is officially released, pre-orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock from our suppliers.

13. Prices

Prices displayed on the Noctahome website are shown in British Pounds (£) and include product cost, handling, and packaging. Shipping fees are not included unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, and each order is invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of confirmation.

The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or local taxes for international deliveries.

14. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees include preparation and delivery charges. When multiple items are ordered in a single transaction, shipping is charged only once. However, if the order is shipped from multiple warehouses, customs or local taxes may apply separately.

Separate orders cannot be merged. Each order will incur its own shipping fee, even if they are placed by the same person on the same day to the same address.

15. Payment

Payment is securely processed online using a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via SSL encryption. You will be required to provide the card number, expiration date, and security code. Noctahome does not store your payment information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Once payment is authorised, your order will be confirmed and processed immediately.

16. Delivery

Orders can be shipped to your home or to a designated collection point. The delivery time includes the preparation of the parcel and the time required for shipment. Noctahome ships worldwide, but certain items may be unavailable for delivery to specific countries. For any questions, please email us at support@noctahome.com.

Due to current conditions, delivery may take up to 20 days from the date of shipment confirmation. This timeframe does not always include preparation time for made-to-order products. Noctahome cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but our customer service team will do its best to assist.

17. Returns, Refunds, and Withdrawal

All products sold on https://noctahome.com are new, defect-free, and compliant with market standards. If a product is found to be faulty or incorrect, the customer has 14 business days from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

To be eligible, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and the invoice.

We recommend sending photos of any faults or damage before returning an item by email to support@noctahome.com.

For withdrawal requests, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer (excluding return shipping fees). The customer is responsible for return costs, including international return charges. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items.

Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted. If your refund has not been received, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card provider as processing times may vary. If no refund appears, please reach out to us at support@noctahome.com so we can assist further.

Ownership of the products passes to the customer only once full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

18. Protection of Personal Data

The databases on this website are the exclusive property of Noctahome. By using this website, you agree not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, or exploit any substantial part of these databases without written consent.

19. Liability

Product information is provided by our suppliers. Noctahome is not liable for the content of those products. We are not responsible in cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, floods, fires).

20. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, waiving any conflicting document, including their own terms. These terms may be updated without prior notice. Last updated: 1 January 2022.

21. SMS Marketing

By consenting to Noctahome’s SMS marketing at checkout or via subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text messages (order updates, reminders, promotions, and review requests), even if your number is registered on a do-not-call list.
