Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item or dropped it off at a local collection point, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange—except in exceptional circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Digital codes
- Hygiene-related products
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item received. The item must be sealed in its transparent packaging.
Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we’ve received your request via email, we will assess whether the item is eligible for a refund or exchange. If the item is returned, it will be inspected to confirm it is still sealed. We will notify you via email when we receive it, and inform you of our final decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment (such as PayPal).
Refunds are typically processed within 2 and 4 days, although this may vary depending on your payment provider. You should receive confirmation by your next billing statement at the latest.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank — processing time can vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or lost in transit.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@noctahome.com. We’ll review your request and provide further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver and they’ll be notified of your return.
Returns & Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- For items valued over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
