Shipping Policy – Noctahome

By placing an order with Noctahome, you agree to the following shipping policy. These terms are set to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect each other and establish clear expectations regarding our service.

General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels. However, there may occasionally be discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfil all items at the time of purchase. If this occurs, we will contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for restock or receive a gift voucher of higher value.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase and will represent the final shipping cost for your order.

Shipping Terms

4.1 Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment. We allow a 24-hour grace period for address modifications.

Our logistics teams operate Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding national holidays.

The maximum dispatch time for any order is 5 business days, although most are shipped sooner. During peak seasons, delivery may take 2–4 weeks. Please note that shipping is the process of dispatching an order, whereas delivery refers to the time it takes to arrive at your address.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5 weeks (2 days processing + 5 days dispatch + 4 weeks delivery). Should this timeframe be exceeded, we will offer you solutions such as reshipping at our cost or issuing a gift voucher of higher value.

If 5 weeks have passed since you received your order confirmation email, please reply to that email or contact us at support@noctahome.com.

To ensure fast processing of your request, please include:

Our customer support team will respond within 24 business hours.

4.4 Address Changes

Address changes can be made anytime before the order is shipped.

4.5 PO Box Shipping

Noctahome only ships to PO boxes via standard postal services. Courier delivery to PO boxes is currently unavailable.

4.6 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer either a wait option or a gift voucher of higher value than the original order amount.

4.7 Delays Beyond Delivery Timeframe

Should the delivery time exceed expectations, please contact us at support@noctahome.com so we can investigate and assist you accordingly.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment based on updates provided by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If you notice that a parcel has been damaged during transport, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact us at support@noctahome.com.

Taxes and Duties

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in the listed prices at checkout.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival. These fees vary by country, and we advise checking with your local customs office before placing an order. If you refuse to pay the duties upon arrival, your order will be returned to us at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods minus return shipping fees. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the declared value provided by the carrier. If the parcel is marked as delivered by the postal service, we will consider it as such. Unfortunately, due to past incidents, we cannot rely solely on the customer’s word in such cases. However, Noctahome will always strive to make things right by reshipping your order or offering a gift voucher of greater value.

9.1 Handling Damaged Parcels

We will issue a refund or replacement according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

9.2 Handling Lost Parcels

If the postal service confirms the loss of your parcel, we will either resend your items at our cost or offer a gift voucher with a value exceeding your original order.
